The Morning Call
The Congolese Observatory of Human Rights OCDH on Friday launched a campaign for the release of political prisoners in the country.
Trésor Nzila is the President of the OCDH. He says during the campaign, every Friday, a photo of a prisoner will be posted online.
Among the “hundred congolese political prisoners” are two former presidential candidates in 2016, who have not recognized
the re-election of President Denis Sassou Nguesso, according to NGOs.
